The ArmaLite AR50A1 is a bolt action .50 bmg rifle. It weighs 33.2 pounds (unloaded) and is 59.5 inches long. The AR-50 A1 has a 30 inch long barrel with RH 1:15 twist rifling which can shoot 7 to 8 inch groups at 1000 yards (According to Armalites Website). ArmaLite AR-50A1 has a smoother action, new bolt stop, and greater strength than the original AR-50.
