Senate votes: the U.S. Senate roll call record and the Congressional Record.
Older votes not online at those sites: Voteview at UCLA and presidential library records.
Court rulings: the Supreme Court and the courts that issued them.

Gun Vote.net follows the SPJ Code of Ethics: seek truth and report it, minimize harm, act independently, be accountable and transparent.
Records pages report what happened. Opinion appears only in posts clearly labeled as opinion.
